This location is quite difficult to find and has no working direct line to reach the office or providers, which is quite atypical for JH/JHCP. I was stuck behind an overturned trailer on 695 and running late despite accounting for nearly double the estimated time of travel. Go to GBMC. All that needs to be said. They are much more compassionate and willing to provide care. Hopkins team - feel free to reach out for additional feedback, but GBMC practice is superior.
Has fully stock coffee shop/hot sandwiches-the Daily Grind -located on the first floor. Great location to wait in when your physician is running 45 minutes late !!
I wait 9 months for an appointment TWICE and they cancel the appointments last minute. Then they ask me to wait another year for a new appointment.
