I have been hopeful to receive compassionate care for my daughter but I'm very dissapointed at the way some of these providers speak to parents and their demeaning tones. As a parent of a child who is suffering with potential IBD, I have gone through 2 GI doctors at JH over the past 6 months who are pushing her into every procedure since i started with them. Just a little human compassion can go a long way. It would have been a first appointment for my son at 10:30am on February 18th, 2025 but we were marked as no-show. He started having these severe belly aches in November 2024 and after a series of other appointments, his pediatrician referred to GI because this was recurring every 4 days and included headaches, vomiting and diarrhea so it is a dire situation.
