I didn't feel rushed in my orthopedic appointment but felt like I was passed off since my issue didn't fit in with their surgical scope.
I couldn't be more grateful to the entire staff of the Greenspring Station Pavillion 3 Ambulatory Surgery Center. To my nurse, Beth, and to Betsy, Jenny, Dr. Chet Wyman and Dr. Mark Lazarev and all the other wonderful people whose names I've forgotten. My father and I were here for the Cardiovascular clinic and were two minutes late to the front desk (yes, two minutes). The front desk said we were supposed to be here 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, and she was going to cancel our appointment and reschedule for a later date. Not only is this extremely unreasonable, but most places have a small grace period for lateness, especially for the elderly that have urgent medication needs.
