Easy in and easy out.
I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens who never seemed to have the common drugs I needed. While Walgreens has more convenient hours, JH Outpatient Pharmacy has what I need. The staff has been kind and provide appropriate information. Very happy with the service and the use of MyChart to do my refills. So happy my doctor suggested them.
They transferred my pharmacy from Walgreens and called me with follow up questions. They updated my MyChart when it was ready, that same afternoon. I was super impressed and grateful for their communication and follow through!
