Awful care. They are nice but brush you off to next doc. Not comprehensive. Dont listen. Can't think beyond 3 basic concepts end markers and then they just make you someone else's problem. They also ignore any other health concerns and issues that may be contributing or related. Concerned on pushing you out and onto the next if you dont need surgery. Horrible care.
Ignore other reviews, pay attention to your referring Doc who has relationships with the world-class surgeons & classy efficient office help who keep me in great health despite a 7 years-ago cancer diagnosis. The 7th Floor of Wolfe St. & the people here are extra ordinary healthcare specialists.
I was charged an exorbitant amount for a basic ENT visit. While the care was good, it was NOT worth triple the price, and only lasted about 10-15min. I also listened to the other review that warned about the in-office scope, which I opted out of during my visit. They call it an endoscopy, when in reality, it's a laryngoscopy. Definitely very devious in the naming. Had I not opted out, the cost of a first visit would have been absurd. If you decide to come here, just do yourself a favor, and record the whole conversation with doctor while you're there. Just do all the necessary arrangements (like ask for recording permission since Maryland is 'all-party consent' state, it's a law requirement), and then go ahead with recording the full conversation. Because you'll probably need a proof of what has happened at the appointment when time to pay comes.
