Frustrated. Can't say anything about the billing because I haven't had any issues with it so far, but tired of not being heard and no one figuring out my issue and just blaming the nasal spray (I've only been on it for a few years, but I've had this problem since I was five). It's ridiculous.
If you decide to come here, just do yourself a favor, and record the whole conversation with doctor while you're there. Just do all the necessary arrangements (like ask for recording permission since Maryland is 'all-party consent' state, it's a law requirement), and then go ahead with recording the full conversation. Because you'll probably need a proof of what has happened at the appointment when time to pay comes. I’m having the same trouble reported by others here. They over billed me a lot and I’m having no luck disputing the claim. They send my dispute around in slow circles that go nowhere. The call handlers have bad attitudes. Recommend going elsewhere
After months of unsuccessfully trying to get through to Johns Hopkins Otolaryngology to appeal a billing overcharge, I was left with no choice but to reluctantly pay the disputed amount. Throughout this ordeal, I faced constant threats of the charge being overdue and sent to collectors. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I won't be returning.
This is the worst ENT center I have seen in US. They are only caring for money and not the patients
