I had another wonderful experience at the Lab. My phlebotomist ,Tyasia, was so pleasant and efficient.
I have been going to this lab for several years and all of the staff are always courteous,understanding of my loved ones unique needs and provide excellent service ...The Odenton office is the best !!
I'm not sure why the reviews for this place are so low. I had an easy time at this location and the staff was quick and pleasant. Shanelle who took my blood was skilled and friendly with little pain. I had to return the next day to drop off a take-home stool sample test and that process was easy too. The only unpleasant person there was a patient who came in and demanded that she be done her testing by a certain time. ALYSSA i hope i got your name right. I live 50 Plus miles round trip from any of the Labs for Hopkins draw blood has. I can get a medical lab where i live. But if i went to the Hopkins one in Odenton i could have the blood taken and my Doctor would read it today end and they would get back by Friday noon. Well let me tell you Alyssa is VERY GOOD AT HER JOB. I would not even know she took my blood but a VERY FAINT PICK. I felt NOTHING, she was fast and Smooth, and I don't even have a bruise and its 12hrs ago. I Love my shore ... read more
