This is an excellent facility in total for health care. The people involved are knowledgeable and willing to help and guide you through the intricacies of modern procedures willing to be your partner through it all.
First lab that consistently get my blood on the very first draw. Staff has been wonderful. Manager seems intent on getting patients in and out as soon as possible! As soon as things start to back up, she calls in reinforcements ,
For some reason JHU lab front desk staff has a hard time greeting their patients. I’ve visited 3 times so far and I was only greeted this last visit by a pleasant young lady who greeted us after she finished a phone conversation with a patient. The other young lady that was not on the phone said absolutely nothing which has been what I assume the norm.
