07/21/26 I attended John Hopkins hospital main campus and I got X-ray of my gallbladder and Dr alice Goldman didn't write summary in MyChart nor did she reach out explain to me about my making arrangements to talk to surgeon and I highly think that was so unprofessional I think it just poor service for the person that reply back I did reach out to patient relations phone and email and haven't heard anything back so I don't know why u would imply I reach out them

Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable prior to my procedure. I felt comfortable and that my needs as a patient were always considered. I highly recommend JHU overall for health care and this is yet another example of the quality care I receive at all their facilities.
