Always friendly, efficient care!
I've been here for several types of imaging. The admin staff is a well oiled machine that gets you checked in and where you need to go. The staff is all very friendly. This is a great place to get your mammogram. The techs are very quick and their good spirits make an unpleasant experience very easy.
The patient advocate at White Marsh asked me to create a list that compared the current scans to the previous scans. She stated there were just too many scans to go through and it was difficult to flip back and forth between scans, and that a list must be provided in order to discuss it with doctors and staff. I am leaving a review a bit late, but I truly want to express my deepest gratitude to Johns Hopkins Medical Imaging at White Marsh. I come here every three months for my regular MRI scans. For any patient, waiting for and going through an MRI can be a deeply anxiety-inducing and nerve-wracking experience. However, every single time I visit, the entire reception staff and the MRI technicians are incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming.
