Please please change your phone system. Every time I call I have to listen to the message of needing to go to the emergency room in case of a life threatening emergency- this is a message plays multiple times as you select your options. Similarly, I have had to listen to the vaccine recommendation message multiple times in a single phone call to ask a simple question. Unfortunately, I can't give a review of the facility or its staff -- didn't make it that far. My PCP faxed my referral over to them -- using the number they provided -- twice. Naturally, no one from Hopkins followed up with me or my PCP. So, I had to call back a third time. Of course, the rep stated, yet again, that they did not have my referral and that I need to have my PCP fax it over, etc. etc. etc. I said a few choice words and hung up. Will go somewhere else. Compassionate professional service by everyone.
Went to see my surgeon at this new location. It is very nice by the way - and you don't have to pay to park and then walk cross country to enter the bldg. My bad experience is with a staff member, driving a grey mercedes. It was my first time there so I didn't know where the bldg would be. I'm driving looking for the bldg. She is out on a food delivery run and impatient. She's blowing the horn and shouting out her window.
