Got here 20 minutes before my appointment. (45 minutes to be exact). The front desk personnel was very helpful. I waited. As new patients arrived they were being seen before me. lol. I’ll give them a pass since they looked in much worse shape and older than myself. But jeez, bro, you had me waiting up in this beotch for more than 1hr and 15 minutes. Slow and stop is the cadence here.next time I need to get a simple quick procedure, I’ll look elsewhere 1st. Abusing Hopkins name for sure. FAIL
Not a nice experience of my mamogram, I live 1 hour away from the office , my OB recommended me to come here, after took the pictures, I was told I need come back to retake the images, why don’t let Dr take a look at pictures before I leave? My mother is 84 and had an important procedure to be performed there. The rheumatologist had already sent the order months in advance, but the Imaging office could not find the order. They made us wait 45 minutes while they tried to call the doctor to fax the order and nothing happened, but they kept assuring us that it would be fixed. It was unbelievable when the doctor's office acknowledged the order over the phone that they still wouldn't allow a scheduled procedure. Excellent work and people
Was able to get an imaging appointment immediately after leaving my doctors' office and just a short distance away. Every staff member I encountered was extremely pleasant and professional. One thing I want to point out is that this location is very beneficial to patients/caregivers who need to make as little steps as possible to get to their appts. Parking is plentiful and building can be accessed on same level just a short distance from parking lot. No elevators, no steps and of course wheelchair accessible. I only saw an ... read more
