Very positive efficient experience! First healthcare system I’ve been to without all the yuk yuk yuk. Quick registration quick CT. The best part of it all is that Johns Hopkins UNDERSTANDS that most people WORK M-F 9am-5pm and they offer evening and weekend appointments! Touché JH. Pay attention Sentara Riverside and Bon Secours!
Dr. Byam is amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and has a great bedside manner. I had to bring my toddler to the appointment, and he was incredibly patient and helpful with her. On a plus side, the office was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was practically no wait time.
Went for MRI there. Got very positive experience. Very quick and efficient visit, minimum time wasted on unnecessary conversations and filling useless forms. The staff was polite and friendly. The results were available next day and sent to my email inbox. The opportunity to do all paper work in advance online was quite helpful and highly recommended. I recently had the pleasure of receiving care at John Hopkins Surgery Center Bethesda, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive.
