I went in for a routine annual visit and was surprised to later receive charges for an additional visit based on topics introduced by the provider during the appointment that were outside the scope of what I expected for a wellness exam. I contacted the practice to request a review of the charges, but they were not reversed. Clearer communication about visit scope and billing would have been helpful. I ultimately decided to transfer my care elsewhere.
Avoid Ashley Zinalabedini at all costs! I usually love NPs, but her bedside manner is severely lacking. My appointment started with her asking if she could bring in a medical student to shadow, but she neglected to mention the student's gender (with so many women preferring female ob/gyns, I would've thought it would be standard to mention if the student was male). In 2023 I lived in Odenton area and knew I wanted my prenatal care with John's Hopkins due to a high risk pregnancy. After researching the different doctors in the area, decided on this office. They never disappointed me. Rebecca the receptionist always had a warm smile for me, and was always kind. Ms. Z is excellent! Professional and has wonderful manners
Not at all pleased with the bedside manners and care provided specifically by nurse practitioner Ashley Zinalabedini. I moved here from Michigan because of my husband's job and had been receiving amazing care from Bronson Methodist Hospital. From the moment she walked in I felt belittled and pressured. I felt as though she was profiling my husband and I, we are an interracial couple. She never introduced herself to my husband, she completely ignored him the entire time.
