Not at all pleased with the bedside manners and care provided specifically by nurse practitioner Ashley Zinalabedini. I moved here from Michigan because of my husband's job and had been receiving amazing care from Bronson Methodist Hospital. From the moment she walked in I felt belittled and pressured. Wouldn’t recommend. I left this practice after 2 appointments. The front desk staff is very respectful but that’s the only compliment I can give. My appointments were schedule with an NP (Ashley). Firstly, while I understand that an NP can write prescriptions and are held in high regard compared to other nurses, I do not believe they’re qualified to take OB appointments without supervision of a doctor. I have had positive experience at this clinic, especially during my prenatal care in 2023. Pam the nurse is personable and efficient. Front desk are helpful. The clinic is on the smaller side, but it gets its job done.
