Don’t come here. They don’t prioritize those in pain first oh wait they kinda pick and choose. Tell me why one lady got seen for a uti when there was 30 ppl in the waiting room? She wasn’t even in noticeable pain and smiling. But then there was a drama queen screaming and throwing herself On the floor so she got seen but honestly didn’t even see her shed a tear it was one of those toddlers pretending to cry to get attention. Literally no one here to be seen and I’ve still been waiting almost 3 hours. Like what are they even doing?! I hate ERs with a passion. You will literally die in them.

Wait times are very high. We waited for more than 4 hours before our problem were addressed. I saw patients with IV drips and wheelchairs wait for hours as well. The sign in, blood pressure and other measurements are quick as you come in but then you wait for an eternity. The Howard county health department recommended us to visit ER as it was the only place we could go for our issue. We didn’t plan to wait so long so we got hungry as well. Not a great experience. If you have an option and other ERs are faster, go there.

They gave my girlfriend an ineffective dose of steroids during a severe asthma attack. This failure endangered her life. We spent days sleepless as she continued coughing relentlessly, not knowing why the steroids they gave her weren't working. It turns out they gave less than half the needed dose. Her issues were not solved until we visited the Concentra urgent care who identified the inadequate dosage and got her on her feet in just a few days.
