The pediatrics office is incredible! Dr. Bothwell is always so thorough and has wonderful bedside manner. Always making my kiddos smile. We have had different nurses throughout our time here and every one of them have been so kind and so gentle with the kids. We are moving away, and this team will be missed incredibly!
Jess Sewell is the most kind, caring & compassionate provider I’ve ever had. She is thorough and thoughtful about patient care.
I've used several Johns Hopkins Community Physicians offices and this is by far the worst. Jess refuses to help with prescriptions. Her assistant Cody is rude and curt. I changed to JHCP at White Marsh and couldn't be happier. White Marsh has immediately taken care of my prescription problems. This is the Hopkins world class medical care that I'm used to. Stay away from the Belcamp location. It is definitely not up to Hopkins standards.
The front desk person that worked 10/3/25 at 3:43pm so mean and not at all courteous over the phone
