tried to make an appointment, told me to have the order faxed from primary care physician and they would call me afterwards. A week passed; no call; no one to answer my call.
I'm new to the Maryland area. I tried getting a new patient appointment with JHCP. I couldn't find any available appointments online, so I called and waited for my turn to be helped. Their EARLIEST appointment for new patients was November! Keep in mind the date that I made this call was 23 May 2023! And they searched schedules on ALL their locations!
