Some of the scheduling staff need training. He told me my insurance wasn't accepted and then after I challenged him, he said it was accepted. I felt like I was talking to an incompetent aloof person which shouldn't be answering phones. I waited on hold for a manager for him to tell me they were all in a meeting. I expect more from JH. It is my third bad experience with a male scheduler. Train them or get them off the lines.
I love it there. Been there since 2008. I only had one bad experience with a nurse who made me feel uncomfortable but she was let go.
I never was disrespected in doctor’s office more than today’s morning. My first appointment was canceled by office, I made second one. After I came in time and checked in, they simply ignore me. Another patient who came after me was excepted. When I remained them I am still here, they ask me wait more. What kind of care I supposed to get after such a “warm welcom”!?
