Extremely frustrating experience with Johns Hopkins Medicine in Odenton. Response times are consistently slow, and basic requests require multiple follow-ups. Routine lab work is rarely ready when promised, forcing you to call repeatedly just to get results. For a provider of this reputation, the lack of efficiency and communication is unacceptable
The check in staff member Elizabeth was too busy scrolling on her phone looking at social media to see me standing in the check in line. She did not see me until I said “excuse me.” This is not a good first impression. The rest of the staff was on point, had me out in a few minutes.
My review is on Dr. S kahn . I read her reviews before choosing her all were good. She doesnt listen or answer your questions. She types and tells the laptop everything instead of the patient. I had a ER stay and they told me to do a follow up w primary. Waste of time She couldn't even read my CT scan . She said I think it reads . You think? Gathered my paperwork and left. Also she does not focus on what u came to see her for all she knows is blood test and prescribe meds.
Billing issues are a disaster. My bill was coded incorrectly and the physician refused to correct it. Insurance can not cover the payments. Everyone who looks at this acknowledges the error, yet no one will be accountable enough to correct. I do not recommend this facility.
