Billing issues are a disaster. My bill was coded incorrectly and the physician refused to correct it. Insurance can not cover the payments. Everyone who looks at this acknowledges the error, yet no one will be accountable enough to correct. I do not recommend this facility.
They always want to schedule my child with a nurse practitioner. When I tell them I want a real doctor I get attitude. Not what I expected from John Hopkins
The team here provides excellent medical care.
My husband and I each switched primary care providers to this office several years ago. Each of us see Dr. Martin and she is fantastic. From the folks you talked to when you called to place an appointment, to the front desk staff when you arrive, everybody is very friendly, helpful, but also professional. Dr. Martin's support staff is also great. When you're getting your vitals taken, you're never treated like they are in a rush and they also always make sure to answer any questions you may have.
