People at the front desk there are very rude.
The wait time in the waiting room was a little long but I think everyone is very nice!
Everyone at the desk were rude, and I think I might need a new doctor, who can communicate better. Lastly, it 9am 11/3/16 and no one's answering the phone

I like my doctor but the system is so dysfunctional. There is no way you can talk to a human being in office. A good example of misuse of technology. You keep pressing numbers and getting transferred around. JH should be ashamed by this system where they keep patients away from talking to office staff.
