Everyone I encountered at this office was friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Jackson is a wonderful provider and all of the staff made coming here a pleasure.
I used to be a patient here several years ago and felt I should put my reviews here. I used to see Dr. Fabrizio -- she was wonderful, but she moved the another state. Ever since I have taken appointments with ~7 doctors and a nurse practitioner. They're ALL clearly after your money. Service is not even a "low" priority for them.
My annual physical has been rescheduled by the office on at least two separate occasions this year. Although I was contacted by phone regarding these changes (while at work), I frequently use the app to manage my healthcare appointments, and there was no message or notification sent through the app. Additionally, there was no convenient way provided to reschedule my appointment to a date and time close to my original booking. I love this practice! I joined the Fulton office a few years ago following Dr. Justin Brown from his former practice in Silver Spring. When he left for new opportunities, I was in a lurch and did not know what to do. That’s when I met Dr. Baharani. She has been amazing! She is a true member of my wellness team who tracks my lifestyle choices as well as my bloodwork.
