I should’ve read the google reviews before going to this visit. STAY AWAY from this place for over billing!! For my annual visit to PCP, which should have been covered for 100% as preventive care by insurance, they billed for $400+ and said some health matters were discussed during my visit which then accounted for a separate office visit. I AM SHOCKED because what am I supposed to do for my preventive care visit? Sit there and say nothing? Because apparently when I discuss my recent health matters with my PCP that counts as... read more

The doctors here are not knowledgable and I don’t know why jhu hires them. It is really bad for jhu reputation to have facilities like this. The annual physical was ridiculous and the doctors don’t know basics. Stay away!

If you're a senior citizen, relying on this location for primary care may possibly put your health at risk, at least in our case. My parents, both in their 80s, were repeatedly turned away when they sought urgent appointments, mostly for flu or COVID-19 symptoms. They had to go to same-day clinics or urgent care instead. If you're looking for a physician for your annual preventative care, STAY AWAY from ALL Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. They WILL bill you ($400~) in the name of New Patient Visit even though the entire visit is for preventative care and should be covered 100% by your insurance! This is the first time I see myself being charged for my preventative care. For females, they do not have female doctors to conduct well woman exam here. I had to schedule appointment with a different OBGYN clinic in network. Don't even bother to... read more

Dr Hsaio is excellent - he is responsive, proactive, and genuinely seems to care for his patients. We moved from Medstar in DC to JH in Mclean in search of a better experience and have so far enjoyed working with the staff and physicians here. Although, wait times at the appointment can certainly be improved.
