Dr Kim, the NPs (Balram and Tamahasky) and the front desk staff seemed competent at first. Every time I had a sick visit, the doctors were unavailable and I would get a virtual visit with an NP who had no solutions that worked for my issue and body. Absolutely love Dr Scheck! She's brilliant, attentive and very kind.
They’re very professional and efficient. My mother had an annual checkup and Dr. Kim helped her with all the procedures. After the visit we sent several emails and Dr. Kim always answered in a timely manner and we really appreciate his help.
