I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Balram. She’s listened to every concern I have and is more than happy to refer me to specialists. Additionally, she’s always been available at the drop of a hat when I’ve been sick, for a virtual visit, and prescribed my medication quickly. No complaints here!
Be aware that they will charge extra for anything you discuss during annual check up. I asked my BMI after they measured my weight. And they considered that another consultation not included in annual check up. The doctor asked me if I any health concern. I answered I slept less. They then refer me to another doctor. This counted as another consultation. They charged my insurance over $1000 for that visit, during which only a few questions were asked and answered. (I did blood test myself at Labcorp).
