When visiting JH Brady Urology Institute, we found the staff to be very professional and efficient. Check in was quick and we were seen by the doctor at the scheduled time. Dr Brian Matlaga was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable with his explanation of my husband's impending procedure. He was patient and thorough with this explanation of how the surgical procedure would be performed and our visit was not rushed. I have had the need to visit the Brady Urological Institute several times throughout the past five years. The staff is excellent. Check in is quick, the nurses are expert. I couldn't ask for a better doctor than Dr. Pavlovich. I feel confident with his knowledge and care. Although a cystoscopy is not the most pleasant of procedures, the team of ladies in the procedure room are the very best. LaQuitta has been by my side on several of my visits.
