Just watch the documentary and don't take your kids there because if they suspect the parents of type of child neglect or abuse the hospital can take custody of your child! The documentary was on Netflix
Disgusting on what you have done to Maya
The staff, doctors or the care I have never had an issue with but this clinic does now charge a FACILITY FEE on top of your visit cost. I have good insurance and I still came out of pocket almost $500 for a visit that my daughter had done previously at another clinic for less than $50. ALWAYS ASK ABOUT THE FACILITY FEE AND HOW MUCH IT IS UP FRONT. Please note in the past they did not charge this fee as I have taken my kids here years ago and I myself was a patient here.
Take Care of Maya was an eye-opener about how money hungry and unethical this place is. Please, take your children elsewhere.
This is not the hospital. This is an outpatient care and everyone here is amazing. From the security guards to the receptionists and the medical providers are awesome. My kids love it here. Go where you like. But we love our pediatricians and nurses here :)
