John's team was very responsive. They were here in less than an hour to fix my broken AC. They had the part I needed at a fair price. AC was fixed in about a half hour after they arrived. Now I got a guy.
He came out during a personal matter and bailed me out. He sold me a part and was cheaper than most out there. Way to go John keep up the good work.
Awful, awful, awful!! Do NOT use this man if you want the work done. He did a large addition on my house (new furnace, AC, etc.) and when it was turned on it made an awful noise. He stopped to look at it once and said he needed the manufacturer to come out. Never showed up, never called. After I left 10 voicemails, he called back and gave me another day for them to come by.
