Communication is poor, they do not even have the decently to give you a call back. Won't want them to work on anything of mine if they can't even get back in touch with you after several calls week after week. I would recommend someone else.

We can not say enough about how thrilled we are with the way our master bath turned out. We described what we wanted and he enhanced our ideas by making suggestions based on his experience. John was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He only used one outside contractor in addition to his work and that person was very professional as well. We would HIGHLY recommend John to do any work. He is in high demand. Worth the wait!!

Good luck getting his attention. He was recommended to us by a neighbor, but it took us multiple times contacting him to get a text saying send photos of damaged area. Then several days and 2 messages more sent before being told they have a six week waiting list for estimates and if we are in a hurry we could find someone else. This business is not run well, or we would have been told of six week wait on first contact.
