They don’t answer the phone at all and I’ve been calling all day. I’ve also heard very unprofessional along with not wanting to do many tasks.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Completely unsatisfied with this company. After multiple no shows, rescheduling attempts, and un-returned voicemails, we had scheduled another company to do the work but then John's Handyman shows up at our house one morning unannounced and ready to do the work. Unfortunately we allowed them to do the work since we'd already been waiting 3 weeks and it needed to be done.
