Great experience from start to finish with fair pricing and excellent customer service. Editing to add: Took my car in this week for an oil change and diagnostics at John's Great Service, and I'm continually impressed with the service. As someone who likes supporting local, family-owned businesses, it was great to work with a shop that actually has fair pricing upfront — no surprise charges or pressure to add on services I didn't need.
