This place never returns your phone call. Happens to others I know, as well -- terrible with communication even when Todd is working on your vehicle. I'm very disappointed with this place.
I recently had good luck (??) when my car's water outlet gasket broke right in front of John's Great Cars. After spending seven hours driving from Ohio it was very frustrating to break down but Todd and the crew had my car repaired and back on the road in practically no time! I enjoyed my weekend in PA and returned home safely. Thank you John's Great Cars Collision Center!
They replace my windshield and mirrors after the hail storm when everyone else was backed up.
