Little explanation. VERY expensive repair. Not performed as discussed (repeatedly discussed). Poor experience. Wouldnt recommend.
John is competent and provides reliable service. Unfortunately, this does not differentiate him from several other dealers and service providers in town. Several years ago when he operated a small shop, he offered great prices along with his great service. Today, just another shop charging \$60 per hour and big markup on parts.
