Have waited over three months for a simple glass replacement on a small window we paid for in advance. Took over two months to show up the first time but glass was wrong size. That was three weeks ago and still no word...He also told us 5 times or more times that he would be out at such and such a time and day only to either never show, or call at last minute and cancel.
We had our sliding patio door glass break and John's had the best price around. The glass came when he said it would and they installed it in a very clean and professional manner. They even threw in a piece of glass for living room end table that broke. Very happy great job!!
After searching for and contacting multiple window installers in the Benton Harbor area (including Lowe's and Home Depot), we came across John's glass. First, they provided us with the lowest estimate (1/3 of the price of some), and got to work quickly and efficiently. The two gentlemen that came out to install the windows were nice and hard working. They would be my first recommendation for anyone interested in windows in the Saint Joseph, Benton Harbor area.
