I rented a van. Everything was fine with the rental itself, but they snuck damage coverage on to the bill even though I declined it online and added 6 additional miles at 0.99 per mile to the bill. I had to fight with and threaten their corporate office with a charge back to get the $15 damage coverage refunded and didn't even bother mentioning the extra mileage after that. I should have been more careful, but I was trusting. Very shady. I won't rent from them again.
John's Garage does great work and is always accommodating. He takes the time to explain and work with you. I also use him for uHaul rentals - again he's great. Always does what he says he's going to do. Great service.
