Very disappointed in customer service, seems like they don’t need the business. Needed cushion covers made for my rattan dining chairs, they were very expensive for one thing, then really wouldn’t even discuss anything with me. Got a much better deal in Honolulu at the Rattan Creations, on beretania street a little hard to find but well worth it.

I called/visited five upholstery companies on this island and John’s had by far the best price and had the exact fabric I wanted. Ryan is a bit ‘casual’ but they are very professional, quick, and did a beautiful job at the best price of all the places I visited. I highly recommend John’s Upholstery. Don’t even think of going elsewhere, it would be a waste of time and money.
