We are thrilled with our floors. John and Vivian were great to deal with, kind , helpful and gave us very useful advice. John’s workmanship and attention to detail was excellent and reflected in a wonderful final product
We were very lucky to have John and Vivian helping us with three rooms in our house. Two rooms needed major repairs to the floor boards, and all three required sanding and polishing. John repared the floors using identical reclaimed timber - the rooms look now like they always were perfect. We have used Vivian and John in multiple homes, they are amazing. Recently they sanded and repolished our new home after we renovated and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The quality of their work is outstanding—old sections of my floors had big and deep scratches, and now the floors look absolutely stunning. John and Vivian came highly recommended from a friend. We needed tiles removed and flooring installed directly onto the concrete slab in our home and it was hard to find the right professionals. They were exceptional in handling the job and never rushed the job. At each step from waterproofing to installation, was done meticulously. We had a very disappointing experience with John’s Floor Service. They were available at the last minute after another trade ghosted us—something we initially appreciated, but I now understand why they had the availability.
