They were available at the last minute after another trade ghosted us—something we initially appreciated, but I now understand why they had the availability. We were quoted one price, then told the day before the job started that it would cost more. They knew we were on a tight schedule and couldn’t easily find someone else. Absolutely the best flooring service. We did a kitchen renovation which needed some flooring being infilled, sanded down and recoated. It was an intricate and demanding job in both time and materials as well as accuracy and fitting in with builders, coming in between building phases and various trades people.
