Always very helpful, and friendly
I have been in customer service for more than 30 years, and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was I told the parts I ordered would be in within 3 days, but here we are more than 3 weeks later. I still have no parts and was told what can you do??? I asked to speak to the owner about the poor customer service. This rude and undereducated owner named John called me back to tell me how it would be. The absolute worst place to go. They treat you like garbage on the phone. They cause issues with your machine and then expect you to pay for it. I would rather drive a long distance than ever return to this place. Unforgivable
