Took a very old radio (approximately 75 years old) to John that belonged to my father in law who passed away 15 years ago. John was very fast in getting it fixed and back to me. Works perfectly now. Thanks so much John Silvia and gord
John was great. He fixed digital eye exam chart quickly with great communication. Highly recommend.
Great service for my Song OLED tv repair. Unit was completely dead and not powering on. John came onsite, helped unmount the tv, took it back and brought it back fixed and helped mount it back on bracket. End to end very professional and straightforward.
I had a very bad and horrible experience with this shop. Their technician came to my home and took my TV for repair. On Saturday, he texted me saying the TV was repaired, but now he is refusing to deliver it back to the place where it was originally installed. FYI, I paid extra for an in-house service warranty, which includes pickup and delivery. This is completely unacceptable
