Dropped off a starter for a quote, 2 weeks and a phone call later I picked it up and it hadn't even been looked at.
Dropped an engine off that stopped suddenly. No word after 2 weeks. Called to check, never received a call back. After a month, went and picked it up with it never being looked at. He said it was harvest season. No excuse for lack of communication. Took it to Ray's. He took one look, hit a hidden button, and fixed it (hidden breaker). If John's took one minute to give it a look, they would have a satisfied customer. Instead, take your stuff to Ray's Electical Repair. He know his stuff and it takes less than a month.
