Horrible communication. No one returns phone calls.
I’ve had the unfortunate experience of working with this third party claims administrator in regards to a bodily injury claim. My assigned adjuster Chris Wienberg hasn’t been very forthcoming with details surrounding my claim, with an ultimate goal to deny liability for his client. I have a medical order for a assistive device and emailed and called with no response.
Absolute scam artists! They make false accusations and lie about facts in an attempt to steal money from hard working people. This should be illegal what they are doing!!! I can't wait for karma to bite them!
Judy can't do her job! At all. HR from my job had to force them to help me after a month. I spoke to Judy once in that time period. She Seemed bothered that I was calling her. Then the day of the doctors appointment they canceled it. They are disgusting the way they treat people. I refuse service. I rather pay for my foot to be looked at then beg them. Shame on them.
