We've now been missed for the 3rd week in a row, as did the majority of houses on our street. I dont even think they came down last week. Then, this week they brought their heavy machinery down our road at 5:30am waking the entire house up. Worst part is you can't even call them, because they dont open till 8am. NOT happy with this trash company. Oh, and some weeks they dont even pick up trash on Main Street in our town, and the trash blows all over town.
Randomly stopped picking up my recycling. Because they decided to not do their job I would have to pick up cardboard in my yard. I called many times to complain and nothing changed.
They do not pickup trash and recycling separate. They are picking up both at the same time and still charging a separate fee for rcycling. "No one will notice". They were seen by more than me.
Always do a great job picking up my dumpsters and the staff are always a pleasure to talk to. The couple of times I had to call.
Came home to half my cycling out of the can driver couldn’t even pick it up
