John's customer service was great when the new driver accidentally missed picking up my recycling. I called and the driver returned within a half hour to pick up my recycling. Thanks guys!!
Completely useless for bulk pick-up services. Scheduled a pickup, which included a large fish tank. I stressed to the receptionist that the tank was 100#. She said no problem. Went out in the AM to see the fish tank still there. Called, and the receptionist had no idea why it wasn't picked up. Rescheduled me for a week later. Driver again refused to pick up. Never pick up on Bulk days and I have to call multiple times. And still no pick up!
John's is an awesome disposal company. We have always had fast & complete pickup. Also they always are so helpful & friendly.
John's is either helping or took over Lentell Disposal. They are just as amazing as Lentell. :) Thanks for the good service!
