Fort atkinson changed to John's this year. I hate it. No location where we can drop off card board, etc. It was so easy when we had GFL we could just go to their location and drop off excess card board and it did have to sit in my garage. When you call for bulk pick up its almost 2 weeks before they will pick it up.

Very impressed. We had forgotten to put our cans out and the truck drove by just as we were taking them to the curb. As the truck came back through, they noticed that our cans were out, stopped, backed up and took our trash. They didn't have to do that, but it is SO appreciated.

Switched in 2026 services so far include smaller garbage cans, driver who spills garbage in the street every week without fail, throwing out my trash bin and not telling me, waiting 9 days to replace it, telling me just to put my bags out and they would send someone to grab them (shocker they didn't), and making me call them 3 times to get any sort of update. The previous 2 companies over the last 12 years have required exactly zero calls. I really hope I get a message asking me to call the same number I called 3 times alrea... read more

There must been a new driver because they didnt pick up my garbage today. they took my neighbors, but not mine

Just called because my garbage pickup was missed. I was told the garbage lady was still on her route, but they could not come back to pick up my garbage that was missed. They also could not tell me if they were already in my neighborhood, which I am nearly certain is information they have. Unfriendly service.
