We requested a trash pickup in Milton. They failed to do bulk pickup when requested on three separate occasions, even after specifying the location. We finally had to have someone else do the pickup.
Wayne is very helpful with scheduling pick ups of our company dumpster. Geoff is one of the best drivers, very courteous of our driveway! Highly recommend their services!
Our condo association switched to John’s 2 weeks ago. They will pick up the trash but not recycling. Today I decided to flank my nice large Blue John’s Recycling bin with 2 bags of trash. Both trash bags are gone but the full recycling canister remains. Maybe third time is the charm
I don't even know where to begin with how blown away I am by the quality of customer service with this branch. I had something EXTREMELY VALUABLE that was accidentally recycled and wasn't realized until they had already been there to pick it up. Frantically, I called the office and spoke to Laura who made my problem her problem. She truly cared. She told me that the trash had already been dumped but they may be able to find it since it was recycle- for those in the reviews who say they're the same, I assure you they're not. ... read more
