Randomly stopped picking up my recycling. Because they decided to not do their job I would have to pick up cardboard in my yard. I called many times to complain and nothing changed.
They do not pickup trash and recycling separate. They are picking up both at the same time and still charging a separate fee for rcycling. "No one will notice". They were seen by more than me.
Always do a great job picking up my dumpsters and the staff are always a pleasure to talk to. The couple of times I had to call.
Came home to half my cycling out of the can driver couldn’t even pick it up
The route driver who picked up recycling at The Blue Butterfly Thrift Store in Watertown today was very kind in moving his truck so a customer with limited mobility could reach her van.
