Now I edit this review. I'm so glad that we got an excellent service since we moved in 8 years ago. I can see they improved a lot. Keep it up
For the past 8 years, I have put all bulky items for bulk pick up on both sides of the street. This has never been a problem. Today, they only picked up on on side of the street. When I called, they said that's considered a second pick up and that I would have to pay. No where on their website states that all bulk items should be on one side of street. update - They refunded me the second pick after the Director of Public Works contacted them.
Very disappointed in the service on 12/31/24. Trash was not picked up in AM as scheduled ,so after calling in at 3:10 PM I was told they would have someone come back. Original driver said he had pickup at 10-11 AM. Nobody showed up!!! .
We've now been missed for the 3rd week in a row, as did the majority of houses on our street. I dont even think they came down last week. Then, this week they brought their heavy machinery down our road at 5:30am waking the entire house up. Worst part is you can't even call them, because they dont open till 8am. NOT happy with this trash company. Oh, and some weeks they dont even pick up trash on Main Street in our town, and the trash blows all over town.
Randomly stopped picking up my recycling. Because they decided to not do their job I would have to pick up cardboard in my yard. I called many times to complain and nothing changed.
