John doesn't care at all about his customers unless they’re buying, even then he’s condescending and rude, multiple times I’ve dropped my bike to been serviced and even bought one from here, multiple times were different bits improperly torqued, especially the crankarms TWICE, two mates of mine also happened to buy from here as well and to no surprise their crankarms both fell off about 6 months later on a ride, Go to a different shop, recommend Angry Butcher Bike Shop in Sunbury, great people and only a 15 minute drive from... read more
I went in to ask about an issue with my bike cassette, but the customer service was very disappointing. When I mentioned I bought the bike from Kmart, responded with a dismissive attitude and made indirect comments that came across as rude and unhelpful. He didn’t clearly explain anything or offer any support, and his body language made it obvious he wasn’t interested in helping. I left feeling disrespected and confused rather than assisted. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.
