Great customer service, very helpful, great products
went in to get punctured wheel fixed, and while the repair itself was in an hour, the overall experience wasn’t great. The staff member who served me didn’t seem interested in communicating. A couple of his comments felt unnecessary and a bit disrespectful, and at times he didn’t seem truthful completely. I hope the shop takes this feedback onboard and offers a more open, honest, and respectful experience in the future.
John is a kind and compassionate man with a passion for the good old fashioned pedal bikes that will not catch on fire. His customer service is nothing short of excellent. Well done John.
