Dr. Arlene Kim is truly exceptional at her profession, she alone earns a well-deserved five stars in my book. Her expertise extends beyond just cats and dogs, as she also treats exotic animals with remarkable skill. Dr. Kim previously cared for our three bunnies and our senior dog, who has since passed away. She consistently provides top-quality care and advice, and I personally believe that animals receive excellent attention under her supervision. Took my dog here And she died two days later because they didn't do a proper check-up on her If I could they wouldn't get one star don't take your fur baby here.
I have been going to Johns Creek Vet Clinic for over 25 years. Dr. Kim has cared for many of my dogs over the years. She is truly caring and always provides excellent care and comfort. I have always felt that she loves my dogs!
I would give this vet 0 starts if I could. Completely inept and negligent. Had my pets moved here bc it was closer and had my previous vet send records of vaccinations. Long story short, Johns creek vet input the wrong date for when my pups rabies vaccine and other vaccines was due. 7 months behind schedule. My pup could have been walking around for 7 months without a rabies shot. He is still behind schedule but made an emergency appt at my former vet. When coming for an appointment we always wait so long to be seen. I like the wellness program but it takes 90 min for an appointment. I've never been to a vet that takes this long. The people are nice but priorities are frustrating!
