I love Dr. Brown. He is clear he spends time with his clients and listens. But don't look for him to be easy on you. He helps with our health, love to help you find whats wrong.

I have seen Doctor Brown for many years! This year however the staff has changed and they have dropped the ball. They staff has rescheduled my appointment twice without me calling or emailing to cancel my appointment, and now I am having to go without my medication b/c they decided to cancel my appointments. Dr. Brown is an amazing Doctor but his staff has dropped the ball and I’m having to reconsider carefully. I hate to loose him as a doctor but I’m the one suffering b/c the staff canceled my appointment.

After looking for a good rheumatologist for literally 3 plus years I was referred to Dr. Alvanpour. First her staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, they have always gone above and beyond to help work with my schedule. Her nurses are very personable and easy to communicate with. Now Dr. Alvanpour, she is a breath of fresh air. She listens, is very matter of fact and takes the time needed to genuinely help. I was one of Do tor Kramer patient. Oh, I was with Kaiser- for a couple years and I’m trying to go back because of the good care that I got there. Angela Elliot is the office manager now. She will not return my emails that she first sent to me and is giving me a hard time about my insurance card. I cannot get her to return my phone calls or to return my emails. Called to make a new patient appt. The person asks which dr i want to see, my referral named someone and she said. "Well he retired 3 years ago" so i asked who else is there? She sighed and said there is only 1 other dr. She had an attitude cause i named my physicians assistant and didnt know the name of the dr she was under. My appt was with URGENT CARE! i told her i didnt knoe and she got an attitude with me. She was so rude. This turned me off. Ya'll need to chk who is answering your phones.
