Place was nice and everyone (besides Jeff) at the spa was super nice and welcoming. However, Jeff was very rude and condescending. I can’t believe I spent so much on a massage to be treated like that. Do not recommend him as a masseuse.
Johns Creek Spa is the only place I trust for my facials. Hita is incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to assess your skin so you never feel rushed. The treatments are both medical and corrective, and the results are amazing—my skin can finally breathe! Every visit is relaxing, restorative, and leaves me glowing inside and out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real results and a true spa sanctuary.
Update management did follow up with me genuinely listened to my concerns and experience. I rebooked with Terrence he is probably one of the best massage therapist I have had in a very long time. Every system has hiccups it really is how the recovery is handled!! I would be weary of booking here , Management is not responsive, if you book and pay for services. You expect that what you will get. Not so much here still waiting on management to call me back. Jeff is a good message therapist. But if you pay for 80 minutes that what you expect. And I was early. The staff was late my appointment was 3:30 , i arrived at 3:10. No note on the door. The experience was off putting.
