My wife and I had (2) 80 min Swedish massage Groupons we bought based on the reviews and showed up 10 minutes early as requested. We were greeted cordially and asked to fill out some paperwork. Is it just me, or do these forms seem outdated and unnecessary at this point? Employer information, DOB…it all seems unnecessary and frankly, a risk to put on any random form. This place is very close to where I live, hence I forced myself to like it so I can enjoy the spa experience, no matter what, I keep getting disappointed, one time they force more tip because I went with a Groupon and another time, they don’t change the appointment time even after calling it way before to reschedule and redeem the coupon without any notification. I tried to like it unfortunately not.
