I first went to JCPT for treatment for my hand arthritis/pain. I had such great results and was able to play my piano again. I called Dr. Beth again when I hurt my hamstring and after one session, I am feeling significantly better. I was able to walk into my next session without severe pain and felt steadier on my feet. I started at JCPT for balance issues when surf fishing and doing yardwork. I was given good guidance regarding ways to improve my balance, posture, joint pain and gait. The exercises that I did were spot on for my problems. It has been a great experience and I have loved working with Beth.
