They’re always willing to help out whenever I need assistance! I had an emergency where my dog ate my invisilaign and they were able to get me in the next day no problem to get my next set. Really took the stress out of a a stressful situation!
The dental hygienist kept pushing for me to spend $4000 on Invisalign and to do it in their office. She spent more than 20 minutes of my appointment, that was just supposed to be a quick cleaning, scanning my teeth and telling me how if I don’t get Invisalign immediately then I will somehow completely erode the enamel on my lower teeth. Her whole argument made no sense and was completely non factual and contradictory . This was my first visit to Dr Jeffery Chen’s dental office. I was impressed with the entire experience. From being greeted when I walked in, to my departure I felt 100% taken care of. I had my teeth cleaned by Whitney, she was Outstanding! Very thorough cleaning, with the utmost of care! Dr Chen completed the visit.He covered all options needed for crown placement. It’s good to have Dr Chen as my primary dental care provider.
