Very poor and bad behavior of the payment process. My wife had some issues and had visited them and they convinced us to join the club and charge us monthly payments. Per their claim they say that the club does not cancel the payments until we hear back from us. The agreed term payment where completed and they kept charging us for almost 1 year extra and they say this is what you signed. I asked if they took Medicare and supplement insurance and was told yes. Scheduled an appointment and was charged $25 for the visit, ahead of time. I asked way and was told it's a fee if I cancel within less than 24 hours or don't show up. Again, I asked if they take Medicare and was told yes. I show up early to fill out papers. While reading these papers, discovered that they want payment in full the day of the appointment, so I asked how much. $160. AND, the app[ointment was NOT covered by insurance. Wrote a negative review 17 days ago, Since then, they contracted (emailed) my wife complaining about my review. They also texted her the day of my appointment complaining about my behaver. The registration desk person, who I made the appointment with, was not happy when I questioned why I was not told the visit was not covered by insurance.at that time.
