Ended up having to find another shop, they left oil plug loose on two occasions, not only is my garage soiled with motor oil,, but my Mercedes engine could have seized, also, upon inspection of the undercarriage they didn’t re install the bottom cover car cover on our Mini Cooper and Subaru, missing screws on the Mercedes, shop owner called my car a pos and admitted how much he hates working on the Mini Coops then continued to say how much worse than the Mini the Subaru was.
