I am very disappointed with the outcome. Stains I can understand, even though they disappeared for a while when I had the carpet cleaned by someone else; however, I also found simple dirt marks left on the carpet that came out when I used my own spot cleaner. It's hard to tell that the carpet was even cleaned at all, and it's only been a week.
