Used them to fix our hallway and master. I was really impressed they removed a wrinkle in the carpet I didn't think they'd be able to get to, due to not being able to remove the bed in the master. Really top notch work!

I reached out to John's Carpet Repair first by phone - then emailed pics based on the voicemail message. I got a call back shortly after and was able to make an appointment right away. Bob came out and was able to repair a botched job done by overzealous contractors during the demo phase of a bathroom remodel. The job was to fix 2 carpet to tile transitions and he was able to fill the gaps and make it look good. If you need carpet repair, I recommend John's Carpet Repair and their crew.
