I called the office recently to schedule carpet cleaning for the carpeted floors in my 3 bedrooms. Jorge did an excellent job cleaning my carpet, tile, sofa, and shower stall. Everything looked fresh, bright, and almost brand new when he finished. He removed tough mineral buildup from the shower and got great results on the tile and grout. My sofa came out spotless, and the carpet looked clean, soft, and revived. He was professional, courteous, and very easy to talk to throughout the whole service. I called Roger to ask if the basement carpet could be saved after some water damage. He was extremely helpful and honest. Based on the details I shared, he explained that the carpet was too far gone for carpet cleaning or water extraction to fix properly, and he did not want me to spend money on a service that would not help.
