Roger was very busy on the day we booked our carpet cleaning in Charlotte. The company called ahead to let us know he was running a little late, which I really appreciated. When Roger arrived, it was raining heavily, so he put down a tarp to keep things clean and dry. He did an excellent job once he got started. They're transparent, honest, organized, and incredibly friendly and professional. I simply cannot express enough praise for Ayden and his carpet cleaning services. We've relied on him during our last two moves, and the results have always been impressive. We own dogs, who can be quite tough on carpets. Even with our own carpet cleaning machine, there's only so much we can do. With our first rental, after raising a puppy, I had almost resigned to the fact that some parts of our deposit might be lost. theodore from john's carpet cleaning showcased impressive expertise and professionalism. he ensured that we were consistently updated throughout the entire carpet cleaning procedure. the slime stains from my son's playtime in charlotte were handled skillfully and are now barely noticeable! theodore even supplied us with before and after images for comparison! the service was genuinely praiseworthy.

The service was fantastic. The carpet cleaner, whose name I regretfully cannot recall, was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. Leonard, Miguel, Ayden, Roger, or Jorge, whoever he was, certainly deserves recognition for his outstanding work. I only wish I had known earlier that John's Carpet Cleaning in Charlotte also offers drape cleaning services.
