Outstanding and very friendly carpet and upholstery cleaning service. With young kids, pets, and lots of family and friends visiting, our home gets heavy use, so we needed a thorough deep clean. Absolutely wonderful carpet cleaning experience. My wife and I wanted to get a playroom ready for our toddler in the basement, and the carpet really needed a deep clean. We were able to book the service by text, which was very convenient, and got a quote by sending the room dimensions along with a few photos of the carpeted area. John's Carpet Cleaning was very responsive and professional. I had two bedroom carpets that really needed a deep cleaning after a tub leak left a musty odor in the fibers and padding. Miguel shampooed the carpet, dry vacuumed it, and treated the affected area with a deodorizer that made the whole space smell fresh again. I called the office recently to schedule carpet cleaning for the carpeted floors in my 3 bedrooms. The office team was friendly and helpful, and the technicians, Jorge and Theodore, were professional, respectful, and explained each step of the carpet cleaning process before they started.
