Had such a great experience getting my new security system set up. Diane was great with communicating my options, the process for set up, and following up along the way to ensure I had everything I needed before and after the install. Clifton & Grey were so pleasant, friendly, and professional - they made quick work of my install, fully walked me through operating my new system, and showed the mechanics so that I could do some minor maintenance (i.e. censor batteries) on my own. I originally used Richmond Alarm, but was inactive. When I approached Johnson Controls, who bought them, I was dismayed at how awful they were. So I switched and contacted Johns Brothers. They were fabulous. Diane Dodson came to the site and was great to work with, and Tony did the installation--a real pro who could not have been nicer or better.
Diane and Clifton were extremely helpful in getting our home system set up. Very responsive and professional - highly recommend!
