We have used this Jones Brother's service for many year for indoor fire and alarm service. We decided we wanted to move away from battery camerascand go to hardwire. We were upgraded today. Diane was our consultant and helped us in our decision making for what we wanted and where to put our cameras. Clifton was our technician and did a fantastic job installing and helping us with the software for our cell phones. Highly recommend them.
I recently had the pleasure of upgrading my old security system with Johns Brothers in Midlothian, VA. Johns Bros was my monitoring company so when I starting to have issues with my old system, I reached out to them and had a very productive interaction with Curtis, one of their Sales Consultants. Diane was great with communicating my options, the process for set up, and following up along the way to ensure I had everything I needed before and after the install.
